Where confidentiality is required for a particular engagement, the applicable proposal, nondisclosure agreement, or other written agreement will govern.
No Transfer of Rights
Submitting an inquiry, requesting a proposal, participating in a consultation, or communicating with Edified does not transfer ownership of Edified's intellectual property.
Rights to final creative deliverables are determined by the applicable proposal, statement of work, licensing agreement, contract, or other written agreement between Edified and the client.
